Apple Pie Yogurt
Ingredients:
- 4-6 oz. plain, nonfat Greek yogurt*
- 1 packet MRC Apple HNS
- 1 small appled, chopped
- Apple pie spice or cinnamon
*MRC Clients: refer to your menu for exact protein portion size. This recipe uses 1 serving of nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
Instructions: Pour yogurt into dish and top with protein concentrate (do not add water). Top with chopped apples and sprinkle with apple pie spice or cinnamon.
